Create CSS Based Web Templates Online
WYSIWYG editors will generally write the code using HTML tables but if you are looking to create a pure CSS based layout, where the presentation styles are separate from the actual content, you should check out Drawter.
Think of Drawter as a white canvas where you can actually “draw a web page” using your mouse. For instance, if you want your website to have a fixed-size header, a left sidebar and maybe a footer, you can simply drag-n-draw these areas on the canvas using the <div> tag and generate the code.
Each tag in Drawter is presented as a separate layer and you can draw one layer over the another. For instance, you can put the <p> layer over <div> which can also contain the <img> layer to hold images or <h1> for headlines. Obviously, you need to have some understanding of HTML and CSS in order to use these tools.
Grids Builder is another nice tool that you may use to quickly create CSS based layouts though it supports only basic designs — — your template can have a header, multiple columns for content, sidebar and a footer. Here’re some sample templates created using the Grids tool.

Figure A: Bing India filters out results that contain adult content

Figure B: Yahoo India won’t let you turn off Safe Search

Figure C: Google India lets you control Safe Search settings

Yahoo India has taken a similar step. They have permanently enabled Safe Search for all users in India (based on the IP addresses) but, like Bing, you can also turn off the Safe Search filter in Yahoo! by switching to their US edition.
Google India on the other hand has no such restrictions in place and users in India can enable or disable “safe search” in Google at will by using a simple drop-down.
So why are search engines doing this? Maybe to minimize legal risks.
Supreme Court lawyer Pawan Duggal earlier told Content Sutra that web companies are filtering out adult content from search results in India in order to comply with the Information Technology Act that says:
“Whoever publishes or transmits or causes to be published in the electronic form, any material which is lascivious or appeals to the prurient interest.. shall be punished on first conviction with imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years and with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees.”
We can’t therefore put the blame on search engines here but these stone-age IT laws of India seriously need some fixing.

There’s however an excellent option now that will let you view and print Project files in the browser itself without requiring MS Project. It’s called projec.to.
Open Microsoft Project Files Online
To open a project file without installing Microsoft Project, just sign-up for a free plan at projec.to and upload your .mpp (or .mpt template) file. The service will then render your project plan in a browser based Flash-viewer from where you can not only view the plan but also print it or even embed it in external web pages using Flash.
The service offers both free and paid plans but if you opt for the free option, any MS Project file (or Template) that you upload onto projec.to will be public by default.
You can of course delete files immediate after viewing them online but if your projects plans contain something extremely confidential, it may be a good idea to go with one of the paid plans that start at $5/month and allow private viewing.
